Fiberglass wall-covering
Application:
As a high-tech indoor decorating material fashionable in Europe and America over the past years, the quartz wall-covering has been widely used in hospitals, hotels, airports, office buildings, shopping centers, theaters and resident homes.
How to use:
1. Smoothing Wall Surface
Clean and smooth wall surface. Fill and smooth all holes or cracks in the wall surface with fillers.
2. Drawing a Vertical Line
The installation of textile quartz wall-covering is usually started from a corner of walls. The width of the textile wall-covering is 1 meter. Draw a vertical line on the wall surface with pencil by means of a plum
3. Applying Adhesive
Rolling apply the special adhesive for quartz wall-covering. The width of each time of rolling application should generally cover about 1.1 meter (I. E. A little wider than the width of the textile quartz wall-covering).
4. Putting Up Wall-covering
Use an adhesive scraper to scrape over the wall surface lightly to make sure that the adhesive is distributed over the wall surface evenly and excessive adhesive is removed at the same time.
5. Trimming Fabric Edges
Put up the textile wallcovering along the vertical lines drawn on the wall surface, making sure to reserve about 3 cm at each of the upper and lower wall corners for later edge trimming. When cutting and splicing are necessary, the two sections of wallcovering should be ensured to have an overlap of about 5 cm. Cutting in the overlapping area can only be made when the overlapped patterns have been checked for matching each other.
6. Applying Coating
Coating should be applied by roller when the adhesive is dried up thoroughly. Two coats of coating material are usually sufficient.
